30-day written notification is required to terminate ongoing private lessons. Lessons are billed on a monthly basis and tuition is due at the first of each month.
Privates will not be charged for holidays. Option of credit or make ups will be available in the case of inclement weather or other unexpected closures.

MDS reserves the right to ask a student to be brought home if they feel a dancer is putting other dancer’s health at risk. If your child is exhibiting incessant cough or any fever, please keep them home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours. We work in close contact and illness can spread quickly.
In case of injury, your child will be credited the Instruction paid for if the family chooses to no longer continue or observe and forwarded to future classes. Injury will require a note from the doctor including diagnoses, physical limitations which include dates of injury, and current expected duration of inability to participate in activity.
